FAQ

- All new clients must have an initial style consultation and allergy test atleast 24 hours before they are able to book a colour service. - We respectfully ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment to avoid changes / shortening of your services. - Due to limited seating, we kindly request that guests do not bring friends or family in to wait for them whilst having their service.

- Due to the nature of our work and the demand for our Stylists time, a 20% deposit. You will pay 20% when booking and remainder at your appointment. - We request a minimum of 48 hours/ 2 days notice for cancellations in order to fill the appointment space with someone from our waiting list. - If an appointment is Rescheduled or Cancelled without the required 48 hours minimum notice, your deposit will be kept.

Monday - Closed Tuesday - Closed Wednesday - 10am - 6pm Thursday & Friday -10am - 8pm Saturday - 9am - 5pm Sunday - Closed (flexible opening/closing times)

- We have very convenient street parking outside the salon - You can park in the Skittle Alley car park opposite Kernan's Spar using the pay and display. - Dunnes car park is also a 2 minute walk from the salon.

- We ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. - Should you arrive late, we will do our best to keep your arranged appointments, however we may have to shorten or change the appointment to ensure the stylists other guests for the day aren’t affected.

We also use Maria Nila hair care products – Maria Nila offers high-quality professional hair care where all products are both vegan and sulphate- and paraben-free. The range includes everything fromshampo and conditioner in various series to styling products and hairwax.
